We are concerned about protecting your privacy. This document sets out how the site and our booking system handle private information including contact details, browsing, searches, links to other sites and cookies.

For sites powered by YESBOOKIT, when searching for information, the system records the activity as is standard with http servers. The following information is automatically stored for each object accessed:

• Time
• Gateway Site Name
• Type of Search
• Your Host Address (not your email address)
• Your Browser Type
• Type and Subtype of business you are looking for
• The Town you are looking for (where applicable)
• Your search (where applicable)
• The previous page viewed

No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet web server logs.

The information may be used from time to time to determine user needs and to improve the service.

Guests and Owners use YESBOOKIT infrastructure to communicate with The Agent. When a user communicates with The Agent or request further information, they must provide their e-mail address. The Agent may gain access to the stored data including email addresses. YESBOOKIT cannot vouch nor take any responsibility for the ways in which either The Agent or the Owners use the e-mail addresses. We can however assert the following:

When a user provides an e-mail address:

• YESBOOKIT will record the users e-mail address
• YESBOOKIT will only use the e-mail address for the purpose for which the user provided it
• The user's email address will be passed on to The Agent
• YESBOOKIT cannot vouch for the way that The Agent and their staff use the addresses and other contact information
• YESBOOKIT will not add it to a mailing list unless the user has specifically requested this
• YESBOOKIT will not use the e-mail address for any other purpose
• YESBOOKIT will not disclose the e-mail address to any other entity without the user's consent

The Guest may be required to submit credit card details for payments. All credit card details will be taken via a secure Internet connection. YESBOOKIT will not record such credit card details beyond the process being undertaken. YESBOOKIT will not pass any such information on to any other party, other than The Agent and or their bank.

Other personal information collected by YESBOOKIT, for example through the use of online forms, will only:

• be collected by lawful and fair means
• be used for a lawful purpose
• be collected with the user's consent, and
• it will be passed on to the company about which the user inquires.

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your machine by a website. They are stored on your machine to help the software remember certain things, such as your current position when progressing through a series of activities, such as filling a shopping cart.

Sometimes cookies are left on your machine after your session is complete. That allows a site to "remember" you from one visit to the next, thus improving the service and its convenience.

Sometimes YESBOOKIT may save information in a cookie on your machine.

YESBOOKIT is not responsible in any way for the manner in which The Agent or Owner uses information stored by YESBOOKIT and within The Agent's website. YESBOOKIT agrees only to use the data for the purpose of improving the service for The Agent, Owners and Guests.

It is the responsibility of The Agent and Owners to develop and publish their own respective privacy statements.

YESBOOKIT reserves the right to communicate with The Agent using their contact details for the following purposes.

• Advise of new contractual conditions
• Billing communications including invoices
• Advise of new features and bug fixes
• Advise of special offers
• Advise of more effective usage practices
• Provision of benchmarking data
• Provision of additional resources, information and tools

Guests contact details are available to The Agent for the similar purposes to the above. YESBOOKIT holds no responsibility for the manner in which The Agent uses the Guest's contact details.
