Overview

The YesBookit booking management system is an integrated web based booking management application with real-time connectivity to leading trust and property management systems. It incorporates a unique rule based tariff algorithm catering for holiday rentals agents. There is no other system designed to meet the diverse range of tariff computation methods used in the real estate holiday rentals sector.

YesBookit is designed as the ideal management tool for agents managing multiple properties on behalf of many owners, each with one or more properties. In summary the system includes but is not limited to the following features:

• The YesBookit system accepts and manages bookings from multiple sources:
  • the agent's staff over the phone or counter via login console with multiple security layers and levels;
  • the staff via mobile device with security;
  • the public using the agents YesBookit powered holiday website/s;
  • the public using the agents YesBookit integrated holiday website/s;
  • the public using individual property owners website;
  • the staff of one or more reseller agents' login console;
  • the public using reseller agent's website;
  • the public using domestic and international accommodation and holiday rentals portals; and
  • mobile users with iPad, iPhone or Android applications.
• Bookings can be made and paid for online at any time day and night;
• Availability and tariffs are accessible online and are automatically managed and updated by the YesBookit system;
• PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. The YesBookit system has a payment application and an internet connection on the same device. The payment application is not connected to any other systems within the YesBookit environment.

• The YesBookit payment system has drivers to connect with all banks via:
  • MIGS;
  • SecurePay;
  • eMatters;
  • NetRegistry;
  • PayStation;
  • eWay (release soon); and
  • FraudGuard.
• The credit payment system provides:
  • guest payment at time of making booking;
  • guest follow up payments on existing bookings;
  • staff receipts - manual entry; and
  • staff receipts - using card swipe device connected to YesBookit.
• Payment reminders, reservation, follow-up (of reservation and payment), arrivals and departures time are automatically managed;

• Automated customable email notifications and SMSs for guests and owners;
• Management of arrivals and departures;
• Management of cleaners and cleaning duties;
• Tracking of different KPIs (occupancy, income, business source etc);
• Handling of marketing campaigns and extra catalogues for value adding to bookings;
• Trust/Property Management XML API for connection to trust/property management systems to achieve the following:
  • import property and owner lists to YesBookit;
  • import forward bookings to YesBookit;
  • enter bookings from YesBookit to trust/property management system in real time; and
  • enter receipt events from YesBookit to trust/property management system in real time.
• The Trust/Property Management XML API includes drivers that connect to:
  • Rockend REST;
  • Console Gateway;
  • Clarke RentTrust;
  • RealPro; and
  • RPData (in development).
• JSON API (JavaScript Object Notation) for use by mobile applications for:
  • presenting and booking YesBookit inventory; and
  • presenting and booking an agent's inventory.
• BadBooks allows agents to create and maintain a database list of "bad" guests. Features include:
  • share BadBooks register with other participating agents;
  • automatically block online payments from recognized bad guests;
  • mark online Booking Requests from recognized bad guests;
  • alert staff of bad guest when making bookings; and
  • mark staff bookings for recognized bad guests.
• The Holiday Manager is YesBookit's listings and content management system, and for YesBookit powered agents holiday sites it includes:
  
  • holiday product specific property listings management;
  • generic website content management;
  • integrated weather feed (BOM and Weather Underground);
  • integrated ATDW feed;
  • template based for easy customisation via web developer login;
  • SEO features and management built-in;
  • Google Maps, Street View, Blogger and YouTube integration;
  • photo and video gallery; and
  • automated property feed to Holiday Highway.
• The YesBookit Holiday Highway API automatically feeds accommodation listings and YesBookit data including:
  • agent settings and details;
  • accommodation listings;
  • location data and attributes; and
  • availability and tariff data per property.
• The Holiday Highway automatically receives bookings in real-time into YesBookit. The Holiday Highway already connects to:
  • Stayz;
  • RentaHome;
  • TakeaBreak;
  • BookitNow;
  • HomeAway; and
  • More major domestic and international holiday rentals and accommodation portals coming online soon.
